Following on from our tribute last week to Paul Stait who past away suddenly, we are repeating a post made earlier in the year. Sadly missed by Ken, Nigel Viv, and all the staff past and present.

Following on from the sad loss of our colleague Paul Stait. We thought it would be nice to leave a tribute to Paul

Paul worked at Newington Fish Bar for 31 years. He was the man making our chips every day as seen from this photo. It was more than a job to him. He was proud of his work and being a valued part of the history and growth of Newington Fish Bar. He was often described as a conscientious worker. We are all truly missing him.
