Paul’s Tribute
Paul worked at Newington Fish Bar for 31 years. He was the man making our chips every day as seen from this photo.
Over his time at the shop, he became a vital part of the Newington Fish Bar family. He would often times be seen doing his daily routine during the mornings. He always went above and beyond what was expected of his role which we always appreciated.
Paul was social person and popular in the area. He made many friends throughout the years.
It was more than a job to him. He was proud of his work and being a valued part of the history and growth of Newington Fish Bar. He was often described as a conscientious worker. We are all truly missing him.
